My Setup Verification Step fails
Press the Hub button followed by the Sensor button again. Both should start flashing green. Make sure that the Sensor button does not light Red. After both buttons stop flashing try running the Verification Step again.
I don't see live data from my sensor
First go to Settings-Status and check that everything is working ok. Then go to Settings-Sensors and make sure that you have at least one active Sensor.
Do I need a Cohiba Anniversary Humidor to operate the application?
If you don’t own a Cohiba Anniversary Humidor, select the “Skip Setup” option and you can browse the sections of the application related to the Anniversary of Cohiba.
I cannot register a new account with the application.
Please make sure that you fill in the required fields first (Name, email, Password) and also accept the terms by clicking on “I Agree To These Terms” button. Please also make sure that you enter a proper email address and that your password consists of at least 6 characters and that it includes at least one upper and one lower case letter.
Can I view my live data in more than one devices?
Yes. just install the application on a second device phone or tablet and during the setup process just select the “Humidor Owner Login” option and use your email and password from your account.
I accidentally pressed the Skip button during setup, can I setup my sensors now?
Press the menu button at the upper left corner of the application and select the “Run Setup” under the “Settings” section.
Do I need to setup alerts for my sensors?
In order to get the most out of your Sensors, it is recommended that you setup Alerts for humidity and temperature. Visit the “Alerts” option under “Settings”, there you can set the minimum and maximum value for humidity and temperature out of which you will get notified by the application*. After setting the desired values just enable the “Humidity/Temperature Notifications” button and the “Battery Notifications” button and press “Update”. When the temperature or humidity inside your cabinet goes outside the selected values, you will get notified.
*You need to enable Notifications during the setup.
